Refund Policy

1. Overview

Athira Speaks is committed to offering intuitive and kinesiology-based healing sessions with integrity, care, and professionalism. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be provided.

2. Session Fees

All sessions operate on a sliding-scale payment model of $30 to $100 AUD. Payment is expected at the time of booking or immediately after the session, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

3. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
Client-initiated cancellations:

  • 24+ hours notice:
    You may reschedule or request a refund.

  • Less than 24 hours notice:
    Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied unless there are extenuating circumstances.

  • No-shows (no contact):
    No refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the appointment time at no cost.

5. Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late to the session, the session may be shortened and will still incur the full fee.

  • If we are running late, the full session time will be honoured or rescheduled.

6. Technical Issues (Remote Sessions)

As sessions are conducted via WhatsApp:

  • If a technical issue occurs on our side, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.

  • If the issue occurs on the client’s side, a reschedule may be offered at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Dissatisfaction with a Session

Due to the intuitive and energetic nature of the work, outcomes vary from person to person. Refunds will not be issued based on personal dissatisfaction with the session’s guidance or result.
However, if you feel something was handled inappropriately or unprofessionally, please contact us so we can review the matter.

8. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Failure to attend without notice

  • Disagreement with intuitive or energetic guidance

  • A client choosing not to complete a session

  • Technical issues caused by the client’s device or internet connection

  • Payments made based on the sliding-scale model unless cancelled within the allowed timeframe
